Barn in Doolin alternative and quirky wedding on west coast of Ireland – N&B- MrsRedhead Photography Ireland

We really wanted something relaxed I think it was something we strongly agreed on the whole time. We are not the best at been the center of attention and we wanted to be somewhere that would make us feel happy and relaxed. For me this meant a marquee or a barn!!

It was amazing…….no words to describe how we felt on the day. Pure happiness!

When it comes to writing about Olga I am filled with a lot of emotion. She truly captured the day in the most special way. Her easy going nature makes her a pleasure to be around. She makes everyone feel relaxed and special. She also has great banter! When you see Olga’s work it really speaks for itself. She captures natural moments perfectly.

The day for the bride and groom feels like this crazy bubble and you just can’t seem to take it all in. A photographer is so important to catch all those moments you feel you have missed. Olga’s photos captured the happiness and love that was felt and can be seen in all the photos. I will never be able to put into words or thank her enough for the amazing gift she has given Bryan and I. We are both filled with happiness when we look at our photos.

The words to describe my experience with MRSREDHEAD: Amazing, stunning, emotional, fun, relaxed, caring, great craic, so unbelievably talented.

Lots of love from this couple xx

When did you know it was for life?

Probably 3 years ago when we moved to England for a summer and released we both wanted to be back Vancouver. When you travel and made those big decisions together you know you are with the one!

The proposal, when was it and what happened?

So the proposal was a surprise! I had got my hair done that day (Natasha) and Bryan had gone to pick up a ring. We were always meant to be maybe going for dinner that night. I got home and he said we should go for a walk to the beach. He looked all dressed up ready for dinner and I put on my leggings and a big t-shirt!!!

He asked me to sit on a bench (beside weelie bins, no other bench available) and got down on one knee! It was amazing and perfect. He had a limo waiting to take us to dinner and drinks (I did go home and change first)

I cried through everything and he had to ask me to answer

What was the highlight of your day?

Walking up the Aisle and seeing the barn. Oh I have too many, my dad’s reaction. Probably the funniest would be entering the church and trying not to cry before I walk up the aisle. I turn to one of our friends and say “make me laugh” he replies “Bryan’s not up there”

I got such a laugh and had a big smile on my face walking up the aisle

What advice would you give to other couples planning their wedding?

Sleep or try your best too!! Do the table plan really early even if it’s just a rough sketch. Relax and enjoy the people there. They are really there because they care and want to see you both happy.

Do you have any special memory of how you met/the first date?

Well if Bryan tells the story he knew me from around!! If I tell the story my friends and I talked about how hot he was getting! I was drunk one night and put his wallet down my top………this is how I got my husband.

First proper date Bryan brought me to a lovely dinner in Galway City and I think that was it for me. A man that feeds, me keeps me!
